Cognac Cigars: A Flavor Guide
Of all our flavors, none has a following quite like cognac. There's something about that warm, smooth, slightly boozy note that makes cognac cigars feel like a step up — a little more grown-up, a little more indulgent. Here's your guide to what they are and which one to try first.
What are cognac cigars?
Cognac cigars are flavored cigars infused with the rich, oaky sweetness of cognac — the famous French brandy. You get the smoothness of a quality hand-rolled cigar with a warm, mellow finish that pairs beautifully with an evening drink (or stands on its own). Most of ours also carry a sweet-tip, which rounds the whole thing out.
The cognac flavors we offer
We've built out a whole family of cognac blends, each with its own twist:
- Cognac — the original: smooth, warm, and classic.
- Blueberry Cognac — ripe blueberry over that oaky base.
- Grape Cognac — sweet grape, like a fine port.
- Cherry Cognac — dark cherry meets brandy.
- Vanilla Cognac — creamy vanilla for a dessert-like finish.
How to enjoy a cognac cigar
Cognac cigars shine in the evening. Pair one with — what else — a glass of cognac or bourbon, or keep it simple with coffee. Take your time; these are made for slow, relaxed smoking.
